Este miércoles el gobierno del Pdte. Nayib Bukele por medio de la Dirección General de Protección Civil de El Salvador, hizo entrega de equipo de protección personal y herramientas a la Unidad de Guardia que esta destacada en la Playa San Diego, demostrando su compromiso con el bienestar de la población más vulnerable, ante las lluvias registradas en el país.
Dicha entrega fue encabezada por el director general de Protección Civil, Luis Alonso Amaya, quien expreso que el equipo entregado servirá para fortalecer la capacidad operativa ante cualquier emergencia, con la finalidad de garantizar la seguridad de los salvadoreños. Algunos de los elementos entregados fueron, Cascos, Lentes y Botas.
De esta manera los Guardavidas trabajarán articuladamente con el Equipo Táctico Operativo de Protección Civil, como una acción estratégica del Plan Invernal 2022 para atender oportunamente las emergencias que se presenten en la zona costera del país.
